Summyt is built with privacy at its core. Here's how we handle your data.
What we collect
We collect only what's needed: poll content (titles, dates, votes), optional display names, and creator emails for management links. Anonymous sessions use generated identifiers with no real personal data.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie to identify your browser. This prevents duplicate votes and enables poll management. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
Data storage
Your data is stored on servers in Europe. Anonymous session data older than 90 days with no linked polls or votes is automatically deleted.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Under GDPR and nDSG, you have the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data.
